അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് BE/B.Tech ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ/ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ & ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ്/മെക്കാനിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗിൽ ബിരുദം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. AGM തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് 20 വർഷം, JGM തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് 16 വർഷം, DGM തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് 12 വർഷം പരിചയം ആവശ്യമാണ്. പ്രായപരിധി 50 വയസ്സ് വരെയാണ്.
