Post Name	Director (Bulk Carriers & Tankers)
Education	Engineering Graduate from a recognized university. Preference for Marine Engineering or Master (Foreign Going). MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
Age Limit	Minimum: 45 years, Maximum: 58 years (for internal candidates) or 57 years (for others) with residual service of 2-3 years.

അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് ഒരു അംഗീകൃത സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ബിരുദം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. മറൈൻ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാസ്റ്റർ (ഫോറിൻ ഗോയിംഗ്) ബിരുദമുള്ളവർക്ക് മുൻഗണന. MBA/PGDM ബിരുദമുള്ളവർക്ക് അധിക പ്രയോജനം ലഭിക്കും. ഇന്റർവ്യൂവിലൂടെയാണ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നത്.
